Long day on the phone

Hello all,

Not a lot to say today other than I have been on a phone call ALL day and the same people keep saying the same things. It is like a very bad version of the Bill Murray movie Groundhog Day. It is a system requirements call for a new product that Sprint will be providing and the same five people will not stop talking.
