A change, for a change

Hello all,

Jennifer and I went to the chiefs game today with her father and brother. It was a great day for a game. The weather was nice, the crowd was fired up and the team played better than it had in previous weeks. Unfortunately, the Chiefs did not win. They lost by 3 points in the final seconds of the game. What a heartbreaker! I called my parent's house after kickoff to see if they were watching the game. My sister Nicole answered the phone. My dad woke up this morning feeling good, but at 10:00, he started to feel sick to his stomach. He spent most of the afternoon resting in his bed and listening to the radio.

I called him again after the game to get his thoughts on what needs to change. Like all Chiefs fans, my dad was shocked that they could find a way to lose again. Maybe next week they can find a way to actually win their first game.

It was a great night. By the way, Happy birthday Larry. You are the BIG 51!!
