Today was bad

Hello all,

Have you ever just felt like you should not open your email? Well, that was me today. Since I walked through the door, I have been working on one issue after another. If that was not enough, I had to attend two conference calls and answer questions that should never have been asked. Sometimes I feel like people just want to listen to their own voices. Days like today are very frustrating!

I am looking forward to going home and spending some time with Ali and Zac. They always put me in a good mood.
