Are we having fun yet?

Hello all. Jen and I are watching the Royals lose yet another game. This will be there eighth loss in a row. My wife just reminded me that we were present for their last victory. Nothing makes you smile more than having your team in the basement of major league baseball. I think teams will clamor to play the Royals for three games.

Anyway, if you are a Royals fan, you feel my pain. Jen and I were really looking forward to this year. Now our best player is playing for the Astros and all we are left with is a group of players that do not care anymore.

Ok, new topic. There is a rumor floating around my office that my department will be outsourced to IBM. This is not the first time that my job has been put on the chopping block. So, say a prayer for me. I know there is nothing I can do right now.

OK, the kids are playing in Ali's room and Jen and I are getting ready to go play with them. I'll write more to tomorrow.
